Membership Growth
For the first time in its history, membership in Athletics Ireland has surpassed 70,000, closing the 2024 year with a record 70,320 members. This represents a 9% increase on 2023 figures, a testament to the growing popularity of athletics across Ireland. The membership platform performs as a one-stop-shop with hundreds of club officials using the platform to easily manage and engage with members.
Events & Ticketing
With hundreds of events annually, the Eventmaster platform allows event permits to be created, reviewed and approved with ease by all relevant officials. When a permit is approved, a draft is automatically created in Eventmaster that the organiser can easily customise and manage. As a fully integrated system, this means event registration can validate member ID’s and adjust pricing for members/non-members.
Fundraising
Integrated fundraising is available on hundreds of Athletics Ireland fundraising events annually with has resulted in over €4.5 million raised in 2024 alone! An incredible achievement from both local and national events on the calendar. All clubs also have access to the free fundraising tool and can help fund their clubs all year round.
Training & Support
With over 350 clubs, our team support all club officials via an online support library full of step-by-step guides on all platform features as well as videos. We regularly host live webinars where all current or incoming club officials can join for training and ask any questions.
