With multiple team members and a wide range of large and small events throughout the academic term, UL Student Life were looking for a full event solution that could be easily managed and enhance their operations.
RESULTS
With full training and a digital resource library the UL Student Life team quickly thrived on the platform and harnessed extra functionality such as the calendar widget and scanning app to further streamline operations.

“Eventmaster has made my job an awful lot easier! I have been able to easily create new events, add my own imagery to the event page, and choose what data I needed to collect as well the layout of the ticket itself. I have significantly reduced my printing costs all thanks to Eventmaster allowing me to focus more on the event itself. Our free event calendar widget is a great solution for many organisers as it automatically pulls in any new events created by the student events team to their website automatically. This feature is available to all organisers but specially useful for those who have a range of events on the platform annually.

For all events, the student union team can easily scan tickets at multiple entry points directly from any mobile phone. This allows a smooth flow of entry to Freshers or Charity week concerts and ensures accurate reporting on attendance statistics.
